Program description

Program name: Fortifi Marketing Text Messages. When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Fortifi Marketing may send you text (SMS/MMS) messages about your consultation request, including replies to your questions, follow-ups about your inquiry, and consultation and appointment scheduling and reminders.

Consent / opt-in

By entering your mobile phone number on the form on our website and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Fortifi Marketing about your consultation request at the mobile number you provide. The SMS consent box is optional and is not checked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with Fortifi Marketing.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Fortifi Marketing is not responsible for any carrier message or data charges you incur.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP, or sign up again through the form on our website.

How to get help

For help, reply HELP to any message.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Changes to your mobile number

You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided. If possible, reply STOP from that number first so messages are not sent to its new owner.

Privacy

Information you provide in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your mobile information (including your phone number and consent) is not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Consultations & communications

Submitting the form or requesting a consultation does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part to provide services. Any engagement for services will be governed by a separate written agreement. Information on the Site is not a guarantee of any specific result.

By submitting the form on our website, you agree that Fortifi Marketing may contact you by phone or email to respond to your inquiry. We will send you text messages only if you check the SMS consent box, and marketing emails only if you check the email consent box. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
