• SMS and email consent information. When you opt in to our text messaging program or marketing emails, we collect your mobile phone number or email address and a record of your consent, including the date, the form used to opt in, and the version of the consent language shown to you.
• Automatically collected information. Our hosting provider may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, which we use to operate and secure the Site.

• Email opt-out. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, or by emailing us.
• Phone. Tell us during any call that you would like us to stop calling you.
• Access & requests. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites that are not operated by us. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their practices.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
